“mui,” a product of Nissha Printing Co., Ltd., is intended to help people spend stress-free, quality time by creating a relaxing atmosphere. The device can be made to resemble a piece of wood or other materials to blend in with a wall or furniture and become part of your living space. It communicates with lighting fixtures, A/Cs and other appliances for automatic control of your living environment. It also works with various computer applications to perform chores, including downloading of emails. Yukai Engineering helped develop the prototype.
