TOKYO (Oct. 25, 2018) — YUKAI Engineering Inc., a Tokyo-based robotic startup, received an INNO Generation Award in the INNOVATION AWARD program for its family communications robot, BOCCO, Organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, INNOVATION AWARD is a prestigious annual award program that recognizes ambitious innovators with exceptional technological solutions to problems. At the award ceremony held in October. 24, YUKAI was presented with an award given to tangible innovations.
This year’s award attracted 10,440 entries, of which 186 were nominated for the awards. A list of award recipients is available on the following site (in Japanese).
